• Overview
Kosmos Accounting Services approached this project with an existing identity centered around the KAS initials and framing device. While recognizable, the logo lacked the clarity, consistency, and flexibility needed for modern print and digital applications.
• Design Challenge
The challenge was to modernize the identity while preserving brand recognition by retaining the established KAS monogram and framing concept within a more cohesive and scalable visual system.
The existing logo featured the KAS initials within a partial frame, creating a recognizable foundation for the brand. The redesign focused on modernizing the typography, improving legibility, and strengthening the connection between the monogram and the surrounding frame while maintaining the essence of the original identity.
• Solution
The redesigned logo transforms the original framing element into an integrated part of the monogram itself, with the K interacting directly with the surrounding structure. This creates a stronger connection between the symbol and the brand name while improving visual balance and memorability.
A refined color palette of deep green and charcoal gray was selected to convey trust, stability, and professionalism. Condensed typography was chosen to reinforce the structured and organized nature of the accounting industry while maintaining excellent legibility across both print and digital media.
The final identity system includes a primary logo, secondary stacked logo, and standalone monogram, providing flexibility for a wide range of applications including stationery, marketing materials, digital platforms, and branded collateral.
• Result
The refreshed identity maintains continuity with the original brand while presenting a more polished, contemporary, and professional image. By preserving key visual elements and improving their execution, the redesign strengthens brand recognition and creates a versatile system capable of supporting future business growth.
